This is a template and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before use.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Her Vital Edit (“we”, “us”, “our”), a service-based coaching and mentorship business operating in New South Wales, Australia. By engaging our services, booking a session, or purchasing a program, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
We offer mentorship and coaching services across four pillars — Strength, Style, Self, and Circle — delivered through 1:1 programs, small-group cohorts, and single-session experiences such as The Reset. Specific deliverables and timeframes are described on the relevant offer page and confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
3. Payment terms
Fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are payable in advance unless an alternative payment plan has been agreed in writing. Payments are processed by Stripe. Access to programs and sessions is conditional on payment having been received.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Program fees are largely non-refundable once work has begun. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule any individual session; sessions cancelled or missed with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited. For multi-week programs, withdrawal after commencement does not entitle you to a refund of paid fees, although we will work with you in good faith to accommodate genuine hardship.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to engage honestly and respectfully, to communicate openly about your goals and constraints, and to attend scheduled sessions on time. You are responsible for implementing the recommendations and exercises shared during our work together, and for seeking appropriate professional advice where indicated.
6. Disclaimers
Her Vital Edit is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Strength, fitness, and lifestyle recommendations are general in nature and do not take into account your individual medical history. You should consult a qualified medical or mental health professional before commencing any new exercise regime or if you have any health concerns.
7. Intellectual property
All materials, frameworks, templates, and content provided as part of our services are the intellectual property of Her Vital Edit. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Her Vital Edit’s total liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
