No. I'm not a therapist, and this isn't a substitute for professional mental health support. This is mentorship grounded in lived experience of rebuilding identity and purpose. If I think you'd benefit from additional support, I'll say so honestly.

What’s the difference between the 1:1 Mentorship and the Collective?

1:1 is fully personalised and private. The Collective covers the same four pillars in a small group (4–8), adding the power of shared experience. Neither is “more committed” — just different shapes of the same work.
